Artist: Wilson, David Forrester, RSA · 1873-1950

David Forrester Wilson produced many Islay inspired paintings throughout his career and lived on Islay from circa 1938 to 1939. The sitter has been identified as possibly being David Forrester Wilson's housekeeper. Identification was made by the artist's family in Feb 2011
