Girl with Red Apron
Artist: Manson, George · 1850-1876Artist: Adam, Patrick William, RSA · 1854-1929
It would appear that this piece was a collaboration between Manson and Adam. See letter dated 1942-11-16 in archive box 'Letters from Old 1928 File' where the solicitor writes to the RSA citing the late Annie Adam ' the watercolour of...'A little Girl/ with red apron' partly by my father and partly by George Manson..' They were friends and had visited Paris together in 1875 shortly before Manson's death, Adam was also a collector of Manson's work.
