Untitled [Two Men with Pneumatic Drills]

The work is an early figurative work printed all in black with staccato drawing strokes evoking the shuddering of the large drills held by the flat-capped workers.
The print is one of a number of lithographic prints produced by Reeves whilst a student at the Royal College of Art in London (1951-54) before he moved to etching which became essentially his preferred printmaking medium fort he remainder of his career.
