The Cyclist, Via Giolitti
Artist: Morrocco, Leon, RSA · b. 1942
The view is looking north-west along the Via Giovanni Giolitti in Rome near its junction with Via Bixio on the left.
There appears to be some artistic license in the arrangement of the buildings on the left, Via Cairoli being more correctly located at this junction.
The building on the right with the distinctive tower is the 1° Torre dell'Acqua and the pan-tiled building at foreground right is the Church of Santa Bibiana.
Rome's main railway station sits behind the buildings on the right.
