'The picture is a watercolour...and is painted on Arches paper (as all my work is.) The RSA show 2005 has been its one and only outing.....its an attempt at a punning joke about illusion and reality (punny but not necessarily funny) most of the things that i do are, broadly, in this area. Throw away references and...allusions that are very slowly painted with a small sable brush.
