Rodger has worked on a number of collaborative projects with Peacock Printmakers, established in Aberdeen in 1974 by a group of artists led by Arthur Watson, who later became Secretary and then President of the Royal Scottish Academy.
The artist cut the designs originally as linocut prints which were then reproduced as screenprints by Peacock Printmakers.

The artist recalled (2015 during conversation with RSA Documentation Officer) that the secondary elements such as foliage and birds were cut and supplied by him but left to Arthur Watson, the master printer at Peacock to position in the final prints.
