A similarly titled watercolour "Eyemouth Harbour" was exhibited in 1954 at The National Gallery of Canada in the exhibition "some Edinburgh Painters" catalogue number 41. An identically titled watercolour "Boats, Eyemouth" dated 1953 and measuring exactly the same as the Diploma Work (19 x 25 ") was exhibited at "An Exhibition of Works by Two Honorary Professional Painter Members, Sir William O Hutchison P/ PRSA, William Wilson, OBE, RSA" at the Scottish Arts Club in 1966. This watercolour is most probably the same piece as the Diploma Work.
