In 1934 a similarly titled piece was exhibited at the RSA by the practice of Mears & Carolus- Wilson "Invermoriston Bridge, Inverness-shire (in collab with Messrs Blyth & Blyth, Engineers)" and again by the practice in 1951 "Invermoriston Bridge, Inverness-shire". Mears himself exhibited "Invermoriston Bridge, Inverness-shire" in 1941 and again in 1944 "Invermoriston Bridge, Inverness-shire" and finally in 1953 "Invermoriston Bridge, Inverness-shire".
