An architecture graduate from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee, and the recipient of an RSA John Kinross Travel Scholarship in 1996. After graduating she found employment in a range of Architectural practices before establishing her own practice. She is currently Project Leader at HMC Architects based in California, United States of America.
