Mackenna, Tracy, RSA

b. 1963

Lived in Hungary for a time before returning to Glasgow where she founded the Glasgow Sculpture Studios. Since 1997 she has ceased to make her own work but is creatively active with her partner Edwin Janssen. The pair founded the Museum of Loss and Renewal which has a publishing arm; publishing forming a cornerstone of the Mackenna-Janssen partnership. They divide their time between Orkney, Glasgow and the mountains of Collemachia in Italy.
