Young, William Edward Drummond
1876 – 1946
Painter in oil and watercolour of still life, landscape and portraits and professional photographer, exhibited at the RSA. He was a son of the Edinburgh based photographer William Drummond Young (1854-1924) with whom Edward entered into partnership as William Drummond Young and Son from c.1896 to 1907. Between 1907 and 1919 the partnership included Douglas Hume Watson, trading as Drummond Young & Watson.
