Armour, George Denholm
1864 – 1949
A student under Charles D Hodder at the Edinburgh School of Art (formerly The Trustees Academy) c.1880-83 and thereafter at the RSA Life School where awarded the Chalmers Bursary and joint equal share with Robert Duddingstone Herdman ARSA of the Keith Prize. He became a successful book illustrator.
