Crowe, Victoria, OBE RSA

b. 1945

Studied at Kingston School of Art and the Royal College of Art between 1961 and 1965. From 1968 until 1998 she was a lecturer in Drawing and Painting at Edinburgh College of Art. She is best known for her elegeic compositions mixing still life and figure elements and has also been involved in a number of portrait commissions. She became an Associate Member of the RSA in 1987 and an Academician in 2005.
